Dodged a bullet, I think. I was definitely getting sick. I had a progressively more soar throat over the course of three days, getting worse and worse, and then I woke up this morning with a perfectly fine throat, and a bit of a headache. Hopefully this means that I'm all better, and will not in fact be getting sick. This is of course awesome news.
I need to find some art museums and history museums in the area. I'm definitly going to try to get down to Chicago for a day or so to do the museums there, for some pictures, but other than that, there really isn't much. The Grand Rapids Art Museum is, as I remember completely pointless to go to. However, if anyone nearby wants to explore it with me sometime, we should. Also the G.R. Ford Presidential Museum. If you haven't been already, you must go.
Of course all this only applies to watchers in the Michigan area. Regardless, I definitely need to get out and do some fun stuff and take pictures. Once the lakes freeze over I have a couple of good ideas. No hints, though.
Watched Howl's Moving Castle again tonight. I like to go as long as possible before rewatching Miyazaki so that it's a big deal when I do. It's odd, but I'm pretty sure that young Howl has the exact same body structure as Fan. Small waist, not muscular, very ambiguous.
What else... no new travel plans, sadly. Starting in on my Christmas shopping. I'm lucky, my entire lack of non-online friends keeps my Christmas list pretty short. I think I only really need to get something like eight gifts. Seriously. Eight gifts total, and four of those are members of my immediate family.
Sooooo... get to know me better! *grin* IM me sometime or something. I don't skimp when buying gifts, I can tell you that!
A few deviations for you:

That last one is the reason that I'm more than comfortable having

draw a picture of Fan. She has cute DOWN.
