Description
A staple feature of many of the stunning gardens in this country is the way that they use water everywhere. Small ponds, waterfalls, pools, wells, and spouts can be seen in almost every direction you look. In typical Japanese fashion, these water features are governed by the idea that "less is more". There are none of the busy features that can be seen in western gardens, they do not simply stick every type of flower they like wherever they want, each garden that I have visited is an exercise in discipline. This is a simple fountain with a bamboo spout.
